Ana Maria & Ana Maria. Our 1st Rum is distilled in Elfingen using organic molasses sourced from Paraguay, enriched with Garcoa cocoa husks. Our first Batch takes its name from the Garcoa Ana Maria chocolate, handcrafted in Zurich.

Our Rum undergoes maturation in three distinct types of barrels: new American Oak, bourbon, and pre-seasoned Pinot Noir barrels from GatLuzi Meienfeld. This aging process imparts flavors of vanilla, cocoa, caramel, and a subtle hint of pineapple.
